I found it easy to browse around, and the coverage seems solid so far. No complaints really.

I wasn’t sure it would fit my fiberglass pool because of the weird shape, it ended up working just fine with no problems.

I’m not exactly the person people call when tech needs setting up, so I was ready for this to be a whole thing. But right out of the box, it was way easier than I expected and didn’t feel intimidating at all.
The only small gripe I had was that one step in the instructions could’ve been a little more specific, so I paused for a second wondering if I was doing it right. Thankfully, it wasn’t a big deal, and I didn’t have to go searching for videos or troubleshooting tips.
Once I got going, the app paired on the first try and everything was connected within a few minutes. Overall, I was impressed and relieved that it didn’t turn into one of those frustrating setup experiences.

Beatbot works okay most days, but I’ve had a few times where it just didn’t do what it was supposed to. What bugs me is that it’s kind of presented like something you can count on, and then it randomly lets you down. It’s not awful, but when you’re expecting it to be consistent and it isn’t, that gets annoying.

In my opinion, this feels really well made. It doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all, and everything seems to fit together nice and tight. I haven’t noticed any rattling so far, and it has a bit of weight to it, which I personally like. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I’ve been happy with the filter on my beatbot so far. It grabs a surprising amount of fine dirt, little leaves, and all the tiny bits that usually sit at the bottom of the pool and annoy me when the sun hits the water just right.
I do still have to rinse it out often, especially after windy days when half the yard seems to end up in the pool, but it only takes a minute with the hose. Not totally perfect, but it does the job well enough that I’d give it 4 stars.

I had a small issue with my Beatbot order because the tracking wasn’t really updating, and I wasn’t sure if it had shipped or was stuck somewhere. I emailed support and they got back to me the next day, which wasn’t instant, but... it was okay.

The support person explained what was going on clearly and even followed up after it shipped, so I appreciated that. I’m taking off one star just because I did have to wait a bit, but overall it was a good experience and they did help me out.

I liked it at first, but this is where it got annoying: cleaning it takes way longer than I thought it would. It’s not exactly easy to take care of, and the whole maintenance part feels like more work than it should be.

I really wanted to be happy with my Beatbot, but the pickup has been kind of all over the place. It’ll get some of the fine dirt and stuff, but leaves and those little bits just seem to drift by or somehow end up sitting in the corners anyway.
For what it costs, I expected it to do a better job. It moves around fine and does the thing, I guess, but it’s not cleaning enough for me to feel like it was worth it, so I’m disappointed.

I’ll admit, it does a decent job cleaning the walls, so I can’t really complain too much. But the waterline still has a few marks left after it runs, and I usually end up brushing those spots myself. It’s not a bad cleaner overall, I just kind of hoped it would handle that area better.

My Beatbot started having an issue, so I went through the warranty process, and it was slow. Support did get back to me, but I felt like I had to keep Chasing them for updates, which got annoying. They did fix it eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole experience wasn’t Great

The robot itself does a decent job when it actually decides to connect, but the app is such a little connection gremlin. Half the time it drops off or takes forever to find the robot, like it’s on a coffee break. I had to restart things a few times just to change basic settings, which got old fast. For the price, I really expected the app to be way less fussy.

I wasn’t sure at first, but I went with my gut and gave it a try. the app does most of the thinking for me in a way that actually helps, not in a annoying way. It’s been handy.

I wasn’t expecting much, but this actually charges way quicker than I thought it would. The battery fills up fast, so I’m not stuck waiting around forever like with some other chargers.

The battery lasted way longer than I thought it would. It cleaned the whole pool and still had some charge left after, which was a nice surprise. Really Happy with it so far

The BeatBot does a decent enough job most of the time, especially with the bigger debris, but it definitely misses dirt around the edges and corners. I keep trying to be patient with it and let it do its thing, but it’s a little annoying when I still have to go back afterward and clean the same spots myself. It’s not terrible by any means, just not as thorough as I hoped it would be.

It feels worth it overall... but yeah, it’s still a bit pricey for what it is
